If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with the products you've purchased from us, please email us. We will be glad to do everything in our power to come to a satisfactory resolution!
Shipping
Shipping is calculated on weight and destination. All of our shipping is sent through the environmentally friendly folks at Fed Ex.

We want you to be happy with all of the products you purchase from Shade Tree Cottage! That's our goal; 100% customer satisfaction!
If you, our valued customer, are not completely satisfied with our bath and body products, contact us with the problem or concern. We will do everything we can to make you happy you purchased from Shade Tree Cottage. If the product needs to be returned, the customer pays all returned merchandise shipping and handling. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement. It's that easy! We are sure you are going to love our products that much!
And rest assured~ we never resell returned products, or ones that have left our business premises. We discard them for your safety and to ensure quality control. That's our guarantee!

If not completely satisfied, contact Shade Tree Cottage within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a return authorization. Simply return the merchandise in it's new and unused condition within 10 days of authorization, and your money, minus shipping and handling costs, will be returned or issued as a store credit. The customer pays all returned merchandise shipping and handling. Damaged items require all original packaging be kept in tact and notification to Shade Tree Cottage must be made within 5 business days of receipt. When using our milk baths, mineral salts, and bath teas, the water will look murky. This the botanical, herb, powders, salt, etc... and such in your bath water. Be sure to rinse tub well after soaking or bathing, and do take care when climbing in or out to prevent slippage.
